Joe Cannon
Joe is the co-founder of Greenbird Holdings along with his wife Marie who owns Cannon Consulting, specializing in Operations and Business Systems. They started in single-family investments in 2018 and are now general partners in 236 units and passive owners of 377 units in multi-family properties in Georgia and Texas, and are Personal Mentoring members of Brad Sumrok’s Apartment Investing Mastery program since 2020.
Personal Life
Outside of real estate, Joe enjoys staying active with hiking, skiing, flyfishing and playing piano and trumpet, along with frequent travels with Marie.
Joe earned his BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Marie Cannon
Marie’s real estate journey began in 2012 when she successfully managed a single-family rental property. Over the years, she has expanded his investment portfolio and served as a Limited Partner on numerous deals, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of real estate syndication.
As a small private money lender, Marie has demonstrated a keen understanding of the financial aspects of real estate transactions, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

With an engineering career of 33+ years in the medical device industry, Joe has cultivated extensive leadership experience in both functional management and program/project management. His technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail are now being directed to the real estate industry as Joe focuses his passion on large multi-family acquisitions and asset management.
